The Brisbane Social Enterprise Hub, the first Social Enterprise Hub in Australia, established in 2006, is a collaborative partnership between Social Ventures Australia (SVA), Brisbane City Council (Council) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
A number of social enterprises across Brisbane are doing amazing work and a culture is building that values the role of these enterprises in addressing long-term unemployment.
The Brisbane Hub is a response to meet the growing demand for training, education, promotion and support for existing enterprises and assistance in the development of new social enterprises that will provide real work in a supportive work environment.
Applications for Accelerator 2008 now open.
